As head of the creative and presentation teams, Bridget Esposito leads all internal and external branding and visual messaging for Prudential and its U.S. businesses. Under her leadership, Prudential has earned more than 44 awards for creative, design, and communication excellence, from organizations including PIMA, APEX, and the Ad Club. Bridget has been named “30 under 30” for marketing excellence and “40 under 40” in advertising. Prior to joining Prudential, she worked at various agencies where she was responsible for some of the most recognized brands in the world, including Samsung, BMW, and Verizon. Bridget has also been an adjunct professor for the past 18 years teaching marketing, business, public relations, and journalism students how to use the language of design to communicate with purpose.
