But as you move through the mentorship process, it turns out there’s space for both of you to do some learning along the way.
In this episode of Real Creative Leadership, real-life mentor/mentee Jess Kessler of Audible and Ashley Walsh-Lopez of Reprise Digital talk to us about how asking the right questions, listening intently, and having ongoing flexibility made their mentorship a meaningful — and enjoyable — experience.
